Account Billing

Account Owners and Administrators can manage their monthly subscription and view estimated charges for the next billing cycle at any time from Account Settings > Billing.

From the Billing page, you can also add or update the payment method on file.

Pending Charges

The Pending Charges section provides a summary of the services currently in use on your account and their itemized costs for the current billing cycle. This gives you visibility into what will be included on your next invoice.

This section may include the following:

Plan: Displays your current plan type, such as:

  • Professional Plan
  • Freemium Plan
  • Trial

Additional Practitioners: Shows the monthly add-on fee for extra practitioners on the account. The total is calculated by multiplying the per-practitioner fee by the number of additional practitioners currently active.

Add-On Services: Lists any add-on services used during the billing cycle, along with usage totals. This may include:

  • Integrated Telehealth (per practitioner)
  • Electronic Claims - Number of claim forms submitted
  • Eligibility Reports - Total number of reports generated for the month

Estimated Total: Displays your next billing date and the estimated total cost for the billing cycle. This total does not include any applicable state sales tax, which may be added at the time of billing.

You can find your invoices for Sessions Health under Account Settings > Billing. Customers are emailed their invoices each month on the recurring day of when they first signed up.

Late Payments

If an account payment fails, the account owner receives an email notification. We retry failed payments for 7 days. After 7 days we'll automatically cancel the account. Once the account is cancelled, there is a 30 day period to access the account until it's closed. Once closed, the account is inaccessible, but is maintained for another 30 days. During this period, you can contact Sessions Health Support to reactivate the account or obtain the data. After this period expires, the account and data is permanently removed and can no longer be restored.

Current pricing information can be found on our Pricing Page. We offer a 30-day free trial. Additionally, we offer a Freemium plan for any account with 1 practitioner and no more than 3 active clients.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get a credit for referring a friend?

Yes, we have a referral program. You can find your referral link under Account Settings > Billing > Referral Link. If you refer someone and they use your link, both you and that person will get a credit after their first payment. What this means is for the referred person, the 1st month is the free trial, they pay for their 2nd month (at which time you both get a credit), and then the credit is applied toward the 3rd month.
