Invoices

You can find your invoices for Sessions Health under Account Settings > Billing.

Late Payments

We retry failed payments for 7 days. After 7 days we'll automatically cancel the account. Once the account is cancelled, there is a 30 day period to access the account until it's closed. Once closed, the account is inaccessible, but is maintained for another 30 days. During this period, you can contact Sessions Health Support to reactivate the account or obtain the data. After this period expires, the account and data is permanently removed and can no longer be restored.
