Client List

This short tutorial highlights the Client List feature, which provides a comprehensive view of all your clients, organized alphabetically by first name for easy navigation. Each client entry includes their full name, Internal ID (for internal reference), and the date of their next scheduled appointment. This layout ensures you can quickly access key information about your clients and stay organized.


To access your client List:

From the left-side navigation bar select Clients.

  • You can lookup clients by first or last name using the Search field.
  • Click the +Add button to add a new client.
  • Click the Filter icon (three hash marks) to filter the client list based on practitioner and/or active/inactive status, or both.

Note: Depending upon your permission level you may not be able to view clients for all practitioners.

Global Search Function

Our client search functionality can be useful to quickly locate clients and client contacts in the system.

You may use it for the following:

  • Search clients by preferred name
  • Search clients by email
  • Search clients by legal name
  • Search clients by phone number

This search function allows user to locate both active and inactive clients and client contacts.


Note: If a client is assigned to another practitioner, but the user has access to their chart, the client won’t appear in the client list, but they will show up when using the search function.

💡Tip: Clients, regardless of their status, will appear in regular text. Client contacts will appear in italics, even if they are also clients.
