No Shows and Late Cancellations
How to bill for a no-show or late-cancel appointment
1.First, make sure you've enable no-show fees in your account by going to Billing Settings.

Next, Click Edit and set the no-show fee amount and the type of cancellation. You can always override the fee amount when cancelling the appointment.

To cancel an appointment, click the cancel icon on the appointment.

You can then choose the type of cancellation and complete the cancellation options. If you check the box to Charge for cancellation, you can create a bill and collect payment.
To reverse or edit a cancelled appointment, click into the appointment on the calendar, and a banner will appear. You can click "Restore" to un-cancel the appointment, or "Edit" to update the cancellation information.
