Account Insights: Appointment Status
The Account Insights: Appointments page offers a comprehensive overview of your appointments, including essential details such as the date of service, client names, the assigned practitioner, appointment status, location, and other relevant information.
Filtering The Appointment Status Page
On the Account Insights Appointment Status page you can filter the time frame to review the appointment status within a specified time range.

You can also filter appointments by clinician using the filter icon.

Information Provided on the Appointment Status Page
The following information will be displayed on this page:
Information Displayed |
Definition |
Date of Service | The date the session was on |
Client | The person being seen |
Practitioner | The clinician that the client is seeing |
Status | The status of the appointment

Location | Where the session took place |
Services | The CPT code of the service |
Fee | The cost of the session |
Bill Status | Whether a session was unbilled, open, or completed.

Bill Amount | The amount that was billed to the patient |
Client Responsibility | The amount of the bill the client pays |
Client Paid | How much towards the bill the client has paid |
Insurance Paid | How much the client's insurance has paid towards the bill |
Credit Used | Any credit that the client has on their account that has been applied to any bills. |
Downloading the Appointment Status Data
To the right of the filter options, you can download the data as a .csv file, allowing you to exclude specific parts of the data as needed.
