Secure Messaging
This article is intended to guide clients on how to access, send, and receive secure messages through their portal account.
When you log into your client portal, the secure messaging icon will be displayed at the top right of the dashboard beside your profile initials.

Clicking the secure message icon will open the chat box, where you can select the practitioner and type your message.

Important: Currently secure messages may only be sent to one individual at a time.
You can add attachments to secure messages or include emojis to add a personal touch.

New messages from your practitioner will appear as a red notification badge on the secure message icon.
