In-Session Intake
Sometimes you don't want clients to fill out intake forms through the client portal. If you prefer to fill out intake forms on behalf of clients in the session, you can.
Go to Clients > {Client Name] > Details.
Scroll down to Intake Forms and click Manage.
You'll be able to select from any Intake forms you have configured under Forms and Documents > Intake.
Once you save the list of intake forms you want to fill in session, they will each appear in the chart and will be labeled as Private meaning only the clinician can see the form. Forms filled out this way will not appear in the client portal.
