Stripe: Verified / Not Verified Troubleshooting
When an account shows as verified in Stripe but not in Sessions Health, it’s usually due to one of two common reasons:
1. The Stripe account connected in Sessions Health might be different
Sometimes, the account you’re viewing in Stripe isn’t the same one that’s actually linked to your Sessions Health account. To double-check, you’ll want to compare the account IDs. You can reach out to Sessions Health's Customer Support team to find out what Stripe account ID you are linked to.
If your verified Stripe account is different from the one listed above, just let us know! We can ask our engineering team to disconnect the current account so you can link the correct, verified one instead.
2. Stripe and Sessions Health define “verified” a little differently
In Stripe, an account is considered verified once you're approved to accept payments. However, in Sessions Health, an account is marked as verified only when it’s fully approved accept payments and to receive payouts—meaning Stripe will send the funds to your bank account.
To move forward, please reach out to Stripe directly and confirm whether your account is fully set up for payouts. If not, you can ask them what you need to do to get that set up. Once payouts are enabled, your Sessions Health account should automatically update to show as verified.
