Like all professional web services, we are dependent upon other providers to maintain our uptime. We are typically up 99.9% of the time, but outages happen. Sometimes they are planned and sometimes they are unplanned. When Amazon AWS has problems it can impact our uptime. If you hear of an AWS outage, there is a good chance that it might be affecting our services. We are always trying to maintain as much uptime as possible and do everything we can to prevent downtime.
