If I close my practice, have an audit, or other reason I need my client data, how easy is it to export the data and in what format am I able to do so?
It's very easy to export a single client, all clients, or clients assigned to a specific practitioner at one time. From Account Settings > Data Export tab, click Add.

At the time of export, you also have the option to export all data or only generate a demographics file in CSV format.

Note: If you want all documents combined into a single PDF, check the box to Combine documents into a single file. This can be helpful if documents need to be faxed, for example.
Selecting All Data will generate PDF files for billing, notes, treatment plans, and other documents. Exporting all clients will also generate a CSV file with your client demographic information. Selecting Demographics will only export a CSV file. This option can help you in scenarios where you don't need to export all clinical data, but only a spreadsheet of clients and demographics.
Oops, I accidentally cancelled my account. What do I do and will I lose all my data?
You won't lose your data. You may log back into your account and go to Account Settings > Danger Zone. Click Reopen my account.
