Telehealth Network Diagnostic Tool


The network diagnostic tool is designed to enhance your and your clients' telehealth experience. This feature helps you and your clients check their connectivity and device setup before and during sessions—making virtual care smoother and more reliable.


Where You'll Find It

When a client arrives in your waiting room, click Start Call. This will launch the Start Call screen where you can click the Network Test icon. Clients will also be able to run a network test before joining the waiting room.

Starting a call

During the Session:

  • You and your client(s) can also trigger the diagnostic tool via the bottom-left button in the session window after a call has been started.

What The Tool Checks


When Network Test is launched, the tool will automatically test network connectivity:

  • ✅Latency: Time to travel between participants
  • ✅Jitter: Variance or fluctuation in latency
  • ✅ Packet loss: Amount of data lost during transfer
  • ✅Media Connectivity: The ability of the media to connect to the server
  • ✅ Throughput: The amount of data that can transferred over the network
  • ✅Connection Type: The type of connection being used

Clients can also view device health metrics and system capabilities from the System tab.

Smart Session Memory


In the Devices tab, clients can check which devices are connected and perform an audio check.

To make future sessions even easier, we’ve added some helpful memory features:

  • 🎥 The system will remember the camera and microphone you last used.
  • 🔇 The system will retain your mute settings for both audio and video.
