Additional Steps When Removing a Practitioner
When the person you’re removing is a practitioner, Sessions Health walks you through extra steps to keep client care uninterrupted.
You’ll be prompted to review and reassign:
- Supervision responsibilities
- You’ll be notified if the practitioner supervises others
- Future appointments
- Any upcoming appointments with the practitioner will be removed
- Client assignments
- You’ll choose who should take over their active clients
- Incomplete notes
- You’ll assign a new practitioner to complete any unfinished documentation
Completed notes stay under the original practitioner for historical accuracy.
