How is your customer support?

We primarily use email support (at support@sessionshealth.com or click Contact Us at the bottom of any page within the app) so we can provide you a thorough response and any screen shots or links you can reference later. We can also arrange a video call or demo to screen share and provider better support.

Are there any YouTube videos or demos of Sessions Health?

Sessions Health has a full library of video tutorials that cover the major features. You may find the library here. Do you have a mobile app?

We built Sessions Health from the ground up to be mobile-friendly (and HIPAA compliant). Most other EHRs didn't build their platforms that way so they need a native app for their customers to work on mobile devices. The same functions you perform on a computer can be done from any web browser on any mobile device. To try it, simply open up https://app.sessionshealth.com on your mobile phone, iPad, or other mobile device. You may also click on the browser's "up arrow" and select Add to Home Screen to show the link appear as an app on your mobile device.

Do you help migrate my clients over from another EHR?

We provide assistance migrating your date for no charge! We can import your client list from nearly every EHR, and in some cases, we can import your client diagnoses, client documents, client notes, and backfill your calendar with appointments. We have a simple 3-step process to move your data to your Sessions Health account. Contact us at support@sessionshealth.com if you have any questions about this process.

What telehealth platform options do I have?

We've developed our own HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform that's integrated directly within the application. We also make it easy for you to use a different telehealth platform such as Zoom or Doxy that you may prefer.

Can I submit claims through Sessions Health?

Yes, we have an integration with Claim.MD so you can submit claims electronically, receive claim status updates, receive ERAs, and check client eligibility. We automatically posted payments to your account when ERAs are received.

Can I process credit card payments with Sessions Health?

Yes, we integrate with Stripe. Stripe charges 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. You may run payments and refunds directly from Sessions Health, and run autopay if you collect credit card information from your clients.

Do you have 2-way calendar sync?

Yes, we offer both 1-way sync with several external calendars and 2-way sync with Google Calendar. You can choose how clients are displayed in your external calendar to prevent PII exposure.

How do I get started?

You can sign up for a free 30-day free trial. No credit card is needed. There is month-to-month billing with no long-term commitment.
