  • We’re excited to introduce AI Assist, a new suite of tools that streamlines documentation and enhances your workflow
  • Made improvements to the Calendar Preferences panel
  • Added Rich Text option to Text Input fields in custom forms
  • Insurance policies now support Effective and End Dates for more accurate claim selection
  • Added the ability to include footer comments on invoices and superbills
  • Updated client login language and a new portal footer link now make it easier for clients to reach the right support

March 2026

  • ERAs that are reversed by the payer are now preserved and marked as Reversed instead of being overwritten
  • Added the ability to end an active treatment plan with a selected reason and optional notes
  • Updated the Secure Messaging interface with refreshed visuals
  • Added a celebratory confetti animation when you complete your final outstanding progress note
  • The left navigation now has a refreshed look with clearer highlighting and an optional minimized (icons‑only) view
  • Added required pricing for new CPT codes, clearer $0‑service indicators, and a warning when selecting a $0 service in appointments
  • SCARED (Child and Parent versions) and AUDIT are now available as auto‑scored assessments
  • Added the option to hide location addresses from the Client Portal homepage

  • Updated destructive action labels throughout the app for clearer, more consistent wording and improved visual cues

  • Privacy mode can be enabled from the calendar to protect client information when scheduling an appointment with a client or sharing your screen
  • Auto-send appointment cancellation notifications to clients when an appointment is cancelled
  • New calendar indicator showing which sessions have complete or incomplete progress notes
  • Spanish versions of the GAD-7, PHQ-9, and PCL-5 added to the System Forms library
  • Added the ability to delete a diagnosis from the Client Summary tab
  • We’ve standardized the checkbox approach across various areas of the platform to make it easier to select and unselect all
